The project at Peck Elementary School consisted of installing a 6 classroom modular building. The 7 piece modular was transported from Gage Park High School, which was 2 miles away. The Gage Park modular was originally an 8 classroom modular. Prior to installation, site utility work and structural piers had to be poured. Once the modular was in place, new exterior aluminum stairs and ADA ramp were erected. All new MEP
systems were included in scope. Also, site utility and landscape work were part of scope to restore the area of work at Gage Park.
