The project at Nightingale School consisted of installing a 4 classroom modular building. The 5 piece modular was in storage at a site in Lemont, IL. and then was transported to the job site via semi-trucks. Prior to installation, site utility work and structural piers had to be poured. Once the modular was in place, new exterior aluminum stairs and ADA ramp was erected. All new MEP systems were included in scope. Additional landscaping was needed to complete the work.
