Built in 1928, this 12-story mixed-use building is situated in Near North Side of Chicago. Standing vacant for several years, this building needed major renovations. The scope consisted of a complete rehabilitation of all 120 units, which required the replacement of all HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. New fluid coolers were installed on the roof, which required extensive analysis of the structure. New steel framing was added to provide support for the new equipment. New windows were added to the east and west elevations of the building to allow for spectacular views.
