This 140 unit mixed-use building is just blocks away from the city’s lakefront. This project was a complete rehabilitation, implementing a redesigned rooftop deck, fitness facility, and bike storage space. The scope also included the replacement of all HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. The existing 6 retail spaces and storefronts were also fully rehabilitated for future commercial use.
